The Property

Tucked just a block from the beach on Washington’s Long Beach Peninsula, the Historic Station sits on the grounds of the former Klipsan Beach Life Saving Station—once home to the surfmen of the U.S. Life Saving Service. Today, the Station features several private vacation rentals, each thoughtfully updated to preserve its legacy while offering modern comfort.

Guests at the Station share a large, fully fenced yard with picnic tables, a gazebo, firepit, and park-style grills, all just a short walk to the beach via the public access road. Whether you’re relaxing in the shade, teaching your kids about coastal history, or gathering around the fire after sunset, the Keeper’s Quarters offers a warm and memorable experience.
